Finding tacos in Los Angeles isn’t hard — they’re prepped and dished out in popular restaurants, street vendors, and food trucks. The trick (and the adventure!) is to find the best taco.
And as culinary creatives, when we can’t find it, we create it.
So we’ve come up with an oxtail version for our summertime taco lovers with that smashing combination of flavor and texture that makes for a great taco.
